Privacy policy
This policy sets out what personal data we collect through this site, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and how to exercise your rights.
Data we collect
The quote form and the contact form collect only what is needed to reply to you: pickup location, destination, date and time, number of passengers, preferred vehicle, name, email address, phone number, and whatever you write in the message field. None of it is stored on the site: it is used to compose the message that you then send us yourself through WhatsApp. Nothing else is processed on this site: no accounts, no online payment, no advertising profiling.
Purpose and legal basis
This data is used solely to prepare a quote, arrange the journey, and get back to you. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual steps taken at your request, within the meaning of Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
Retention period
The site itself keeps no enquiries. The WhatsApp conversations that follow are kept for twelve months from the last message, then deleted. Data needed for invoicing is kept for the statutory accounting retention period.
Processors
We use three technical providers. o2switch (SAS) hosts the site. Cloudflare, Inc. filters automated form submissions through Turnstile. WhatsApp Ireland Limited (a Meta company) carries and stores the conversation you start with us. No data is sold, rented, or passed on for advertising purposes.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies, and uses no analytics tool at all. The only third party present is Cloudflare Turnstile, which is strictly necessary to secure the form. No consent banner is therefore required.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data, as well as a right to data portability.
